Mobile Contacts Sync with Google Contact using J2ME app

i developed a J2ME client app to sync Mobile Contacts with Google contacts. The idea came to my mind when I saw cool auto sync feature of HTC G1 i.e. android. I started to developed it before the official release of G1. It now uploads selected contacts' phone & email address, the reverse can also be done easily. After installing, "contact list" will be working now, calendar is not yet implemented. After selecting or checking contact lists then options -> Upload to GContacts. Then you can check ur google contacts.

The server side is in google app engine using gdata python client lib. As this is a J2ME app it works on Nokia & Sony Ericsson sets. But I tested in Windows set, but got an error after installation. Basically, any mobile set that supports JSR 75(File & PIM API) will (or should) run this app.

I'm working on this app to improve it more. There's some works(which is on my to do list) to do to finish this app. Some of the remaining tasks are:
1. handling multiple phone,email of a contact
2. paging(e.g. 100 contacts per page)
3. incremental search in contact list
4. save user,pass in RMS
5. select all contacts
6. code optimize
7. jblend, JAR signing, certificate(perhaps possible reason for windows set to work)

I developed & submitted my first FF addon.
I developed it way long ago, but submitted it recently.
This addon will help you to download RapidShare (RS) links from office or any other location where RS is blocked from proxy but internet speed is good.
This addon converts all RS's mirror links (rs*.rapidshare.com) to IP then downloads using those IPs. If you are not in restricted internet LAN, you can also use this addon to automate whole RS download links process.
It handles all timer management that occurs while downloading from RS as a free user, like 1. please wait around XX minutes, 2. download will start after XX seconds. All these will show on the right label after rapid button.

Its good to use a download manager addon (like Down Them All), but its NOT dependent on any other addon. After installation, a textbox will appear in toolbar where RS links should be given & then press the rapid button.

Multiple valid RS links can be given in the box, each will be processed one by one, i.e. when first link will be finished downloading, second one will be started after that & so on. This is done in version 1.1. If anyone is downloading from the same IP, this will also be shown on the right label after rapid button.
